Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Market Access, pricing, and reimbursement engagements for Life Sciences clients
• Build and continue to develop consulting and domain skills
• Work on Market Access workstreams spanning pricing, reimbursement, payer strategy, value communication, and evidence generation
• Collaborate with client access strategy, medical, and commercial leaders to address market access priorities and contribute to actionable recommendations
• Translate business questions into structured analyses, synthesized insights, and client-ready deliverables
• Participate in day-to-day client delivery, including working sessions, timelines, risks, dependencies, and communications
• Contribute to practice initiatives, professional development, and the use of analytics and artificial intelligence-enabled tools to improve delivery quality and efficiency

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Market Access, pricing, reimbursement, Life Sciences, healthcare, or strategy consulting
• 1+ year of experience supporting projects or analyses related to Market Access, payer strategy, reimbursement, healthcare strategy, or Life Sciences commercial topics
• 2+ years of experience serving pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other Life Sciences clients through project support, analysis, or engagement delivery
• 1+ years of evaluating healthcare value chain economics and stakeholder incentives

Qualifications

• Exposure to artificial intelligence tools in day-to-day workflow
• Foundational understanding of the US Life Sciences ecosystem, including payer dynamics, reimbursement pathways, access challenges, and evidence requirements
• Experience supporting workstreams in pricing, reimbursement, payer strategy, value communication, or evidence generation
• Experience participating in client working sessions and presenting analyses or recommendations to stakeholders
• Experience using analytics tools to support business insights and recommendations
• Experience collaborating with technical teams to translate business requirements into analytical or technology-enabled solutions
