Qualifications

• Postdoctoral Research Associate: PhD or foreign equivalent completed by appointment start.
• Research Associate / (Sr.) Research Scientist: Advanced degree, publication record, and/or significant professional experience. Ability to build external partnerships is desirable.
• (Sr.) Research Specialist: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent.
• (Sr.) Research Engineer: Relevant qualifications based on position requirements.
• Research Assistant: Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Pay Transparency

Salaries are determined based on budget, internal equity, and candidate qualifications. Hiring ranges (annual or hourly) are:

• Postdoctoral Research Associate: $62,354 - $65,000
• Research Associate: $64,000 - $66,000
• Research Scientist: $66,000 - $95,000
• Sr. Research Scientist: $80,000 - $138,000
• Research Specialist: $18.00 - $26.44/hr
• Sr. Research Specialist: $62,354 - $66,000
• Research Engineer: $66,000 - $86,000
• Sr. Research Engineer: $87,000 - $95,000
• Research Assistant: $16.00 - $22.00/hr
