Life Insurance Specialist

About the role

A busy Dallas‑based property & casualty (P&C) business is seeking an in‑house Life and Health insurance agent. The office serves over 5,000 P&C clients and adds 30+ new clients each month. The new agent will work the existing P&C client book, receive training, and be contracted with top instant‑decision carriers to provide quick coverage and prompt payment. Licensing assistance is available for candidates who are not yet licensed.

Responsibilities

• Connect with existing P&C clients and offer Life and Health insurance services.
• Conduct consultations and recommend tailored life insurance solutions.
• Present products confidently, either virtually or in‑person.
• Build client relationships and manage your own book of business.

Requirements

• Strong interest in sales, marketing, or finance.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
