Compensation

$40,000 - $75,000 yearly

Qualifications

• Willing to be coached
• Motivated
• Trainable
• Strong communication skills; you can work anywhere in the country, but you have to be plugged into your mentor (we have our own virtual call center via Zoom)
• If not already licensed, willing to obtain an insurance license

Responsibilities

• We provide five income sources, including stock shares, to reward high achievement (your income is not limited)
• We directly send leads to your phone
• Value flexibility and the ability to care for yourself and your loved ones outside of work; take charge of your own schedule and lifestyle
• No cold calling, no door knocking, no relying on referrals only
• Along the way, we will coach, advise, and train you; we offer one-on-one mentoring
