Responsibilities

• Make a lasting impact on the financial well-being of individuals, families, and small businesses.
• Provide solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability income insurance, and investment products.
• Specialize in areas such as wealth management, advisory services, estate planning strategies, and business solutions.

Training and Development

• Ability to obtain industry professional designations.
• Subsidized training in your first two full-time contract years, including additional funds to support you while completing the training program.

Compensation

You have the power to determine your own income with our commission-based compensation. In 2024, the average income of our financial professionals under the N8 and N9 Agents’ Contract who met annual minimum sales production requirements was $120,555. Individual agent performance will determine your income.

Compensation range: $85,000 - $121,000 yearly.
