About the role

InsuraTec Services Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as Life Insurance Agents. This is a commission-only remote opportunity that offers the flexibility to work from home while helping clients protect their financial future.

Responsibilities

  • Build Meaningful Client Relationships
  • Connect with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide personalized life insurance solutions.
  • Work With Qualified Leads
  • Utilize leads to identify opportunities, guide clients through the process, and convert leads into sales.
  • Achieve Sales Success
  • Met and exceed sales goals through strong communication, product knowledge, and a client-first approach.
  • Participate in Ongoing Training
  • Receive comprehensive training and mentorship designed to help you succeed — even if you’re new to the industry.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
  • Provide responsive, professional support to clients by answering questions and helping them feel confident in their coverage decisions.

Requirements

  • Must be willing to obtain an insurance license (training provided)
  • No prior experience required — ideal for entry-level candidates
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Goal-oriented, coachable, and driven to succeed
