About the role
We are looking for new independent life insurance agents who are ready to learn the business, work hard, have fun, and earn what they’re worth. This is a 1099 independently contracted commission-based position where you will sell life insurance to individuals who have already requested assistance. No cold calling or approaching friends and family is required.
- Work remotely from anywhere, part-time or full-time
- Set your own schedule and build your own agency

Pay
- Part-Time (15-20 hours per week): $2,500-$5,000+ per month
- Full-Time (35-45 hours per week): $7,000-$12,000+++ per month
Commissions are paid out daily directly to you by our insurance carriers. You can earn a raise every 2 months, along with bonuses, personal recognition, and trips to 5-star resorts.

Requirements
- No prior experience in financial services or sales is necessary
- Must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license (costs a couple hundred dollars)
- Self-discipline to work independently without direct supervision
- High character, ethical standards, and a genuine care for others
- Coachable, teachable, and humble attitude
