How This Works For Each Situation

The Choate Agency offers a solution tailored to different situations:

  • ESTABLISHED PRODUCERS: Bring your production to a structure that pays you what it's worth. Multiple carriers, strong comp, lead flow you don't have to generate yourself, and a book you own.
  • PART-TIME / LICENSE HOLDERS: Put your license to work 10–15 hours a week with warm leads and no cold calling. Part-time agents working our system consistently earn $2,000–$6,000+/month. If your license is inactive, we'll help you get CE completed and reactivated.
  • WEALTH MANAGERS & FINANCIAL ADVISORS: Stop referring life insurance revenue out of your practice. We provide the carriers, the back office, and the case support — you provide the client relationships you already have. Add a product line to your practice without changing what you've built. Life-licensed CFPs and advisors integrate our platform alongside their existing book.

Earning Potential

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based position with uncapped earnings.

  • Part-time producers: $2,000–$6,000+/month
  • Full-time experienced producers: $150,000–$400,000+/year
  • Top leaders with teams: $750,000+/year
  • Residual renewals compound year over year on top of new production

Requirements

Active life insurance license, an inactive license you're willing to reactivate (we'll guide you through CE), OR current work in financial services with willingness to obtain a license (we contribute $100 toward the course)

Current U.S. residency and work authorization — no visa sponsorship available

Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check

Professional communication skills and a client-first mindset
