About the role

SkyKey Financial, an Equis Financial agency, is hiring licensed life insurance agents for a fully remote, sales‑focused position (U.S. only). You will meet with prospective clients virtually, build and maintain professional relationships, educate families on life insurance products and financial protection strategies, conduct sales presentations, recommend solutions based on client needs and goals, manage your sales pipeline, keep accurate client records, participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training, and uphold a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices while maintaining your required state life insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients virtually
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Educate families on life insurance products and financial protection strategies
• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's needs and goals
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices
• Maintain the required state life insurance license

Qualifications

• Active life insurance license required
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, coachable, and goal‑oriented
• Organized with strong time‑management skills
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team
