SkyKey Financial, an Equis Financial agency, is hiring licensed life insurance agents looking to build a long‑term career. In this fully remote sales role you will earn industry‑leading, performance‑based compensation following the proven system that helped Equis grow to a $40M/year agency in under a decade.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Educate families on life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's needs and goals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.

Qualifications

• Active life insurance license required.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, coachable, and goal‑oriented.
• Organized with strong time‑management skills.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
