This fully remote, commission‑based sales role is available to candidates in the United States and offers industry‑leading compensation based on the proven Equis Financial system that helped grow the agency to $40M/year in under a decade.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Educate families on life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's needs and goals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.

Qualifications

• Active life insurance license required.
• Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, coachable, and goal‑oriented.
• Organized with strong time‑management skills.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
