ROLE DESCRIPTION

Are you outgoing, people-oriented, and driven to succeed? If so, we'd love to meet you! Our agency is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Life/Health Insurance Team Member. In this role, you'll help our customers protect what matters most and plan for the future - all while building meaningful relationships in your community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate life and health insurance products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals.
  • Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support in a professional, positive environment.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communicating skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales experience, preferably in insurance, is a plus.
  • Life & Health Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire) required.

COMPENSATION

$16.83 - $21.63 per hour
