Located in Scottsdale, AZ (85258), our team serves the greater Phoenix market and is seeking individuals who want more growth, more opportunity, and more control over their future.

We offer a $3,000 new hire incentive, paid out during your first 2 months. The average first-year HRG agent earns $50,000–$60,000, while experienced agents with three years at HRG can earn $100,000–$120,000+ through commissions and performance bonuses.
