About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth patient flow
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to address concerns and provide support
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in healthcare administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Current certification in Healthcare Administration
- Knowledge of hospital operations and procedures
- Experience with healthcare software systems
