Responsibilities

• Engaging with residents, families, staff, and visitors in a respectful and courteous manner.
• Supporting residents' independence and recreational preferences.
• Ensuring the safety and protection of residents from abuse of any kind.
• Promoting residents' rights to make personal choices in line with their service plans.
• Participating in all mandated in-service education programs in compliance with SSL, State, and Federal guidelines.
