Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and lead engaging recreational, social, and enrichment activities
- Encourage resident participation and foster a vibrant community atmosphere
- Develop and implement creative programs that support residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Create meaningful experiences that enhance quality of life and promote resident engagement
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- Experience planning and implementing activities or socialization programs preferred
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for serving seniors
- Strong ability to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate programs and activities
