The Life Enrichment Coordinator at The Jasper of Mansfield is a vital member of the team, focusing on enhancing the lives of residents through various activities and ensuring their rights are respected.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner.
• Ensures residents are free from abuse (physical, verbal, and sexual).
• Safeguards residents' independence in recreational activities, aligned with their preferences.
• Maintains residents' autonomy in accordance with their service plans.
• Attends all required in-service education programs to stay updated on policies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in a caregiving or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships.

• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and familiarity with EHR technologies.
