Responsibilities

• Interact with residents, families, staff, and visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner
• Ensure residents are free from abuse (physical, verbal, and sexual)
• Support resident independent recreation based on individual preferences
• Ensure residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with their service plan
• Attend all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State, and Federal guidelines
