Life Enrichment Coordinator

Aspire Rural Health System is hiring a Life Enrichment Coordinator. We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of service to both our patients and employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience working with older adults desired
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Flexibility in work hours and schedules
• Knowledge of computer PC operations and software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid Michigan driver’s license and safe driving record

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement a diverse life enrichment program meeting residents’ physical and social needs
• Work in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Aspire Rural Health System policies and procedures
