Life Enrichment Coordinator

At CountryHouse Residence in Council Bluffs, IA, part of Agemark Senior Living, we believe every day should offer opportunities for connection, laughter, and meaningful experiences. We’re looking for an energetic and creative Life Enrichment Coordinator to help our residents stay active, engaged, and connected.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead activities, events, games, and programs that encourage participation and bring joy to residents.
• Learn residents’ stories, interests, and hobbies to create experiences that feel meaningful and personal.
• Organize trips and excursions that keep residents connected to the greater community.
• Drive residents to outings and appointments using community vehicles.
• Use social media and internal platforms to highlight activities and special moments within the community.
• Support your team and work together to create a welcoming, positive environment.

Requirements

• Positive, energetic personality and passion for working with seniors.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for planning fun and meaningful experiences.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable driving a passenger van and safely transporting residents.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
