AdviniaCare Paddock Ridge is seeking a dynamic individual who will lead and encourage residents to join in meaningful activities whilst maintaining their independence, choice, and dignity, to enable them to lead as full and active a life as possible. Responsibilities

• Create and handle the logistics for daily events
• Speak to participants, employees, and volunteers
• Help lift the spirits of residents
• Ensure residents enjoy their time while presiding at the home

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Certain certifications may be required
• Experience with nursing, recreational activities, event planning, or related fields may be preferred
• Job training
• First aid and CPR training
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Schedule

This is a part-time position requiring work every weekend and additional shifts during the week as needed, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time.
