Life Enrichment Associate - Temporary Full-Time

About the Role

Provides support in planning and implementing engaging activities tailored to participants' individual needs and interests. Facilitates programs and one-on-one activities that promote the physical, mental, spiritual, and social wellbeing of residents. Coordinates small interest groups and offers resources to staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, distributing, and evaluating the monthly life enrichment calendar.
• Manage supplies, inventory, and equipment needs.
• Drive vehicles for scenic rides and group outings.
• Support various committee activities and serve as acting Director in their absence.
• Communicate residents' needs and responses to staff, and compile data for reports.
• Perform clerical tasks and other duties as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; activity professional coursework preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in recreational programming.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license.
• Proficient in English with excellent customer service skills.

Physical & Working Conditions

• Moderate physical effort, handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Frequent sitting, standing, bending, and interaction with residents and visitors.
• Subject to interruptions and dynamic working environment.
