LIFE ENRICHMENT ASSISTANT - THE BARCLAY

Job Summary

Aid in planning and promoting programming tailored to the residents' needs and interests. Assist with move-in orientation for new residents. Help manage event sign-ups and reservations for life enrichment programs. Create and maintain a calendar for all life enrichment programs and events. Conduct recreational activities, both indoors and outdoors, as directed. Promote participation and enthusiasm in events and programs through postings. Attend programs outside regular duty hours as needed. Contribute to the Community Newsletter monthly. Participate in fire drills.

Job Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Willingness to work cooperatively with others
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to perform various jobs
• Care for equipment and use supplies economically
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene
• Compliance with Community dress code
• Knowledge and adherence to personnel, department, and Community policies
• Occasional transportation of residents to events
• Valid state Driver’s License required
