Essential Job Functions
- Affords support to the Director of Resident Services in planning, organizing, and facilitating the Wellness (WellPath) Program.
- Contributes to the creation of programs that reflect resident preferences, strengths, and life stories, adapting activities to meet varying abilities and ensuring all residents can participate with dignity and success.
- Accurately documents resident attendance and engagement in daily programs, ensuring records inform future planning and uphold Eskaton’s standards for quality and continuity of care.
- Sets up, operates, and maintains program equipment and technology to enhance engagement and ensure smooth, safe operation of activities and events.
- Collaborates with volunteers, family members, and fellow team members to ensure Life Enrichment programs run smoothly and reflect Eskaton’s Welcoming and Empowerment values through inclusion and teamwork.

Qualifications
- Education: High school graduation or equivalent G.E.D.
- Training and Experience: Previous experience working with the elderly in a recreational setting preferred. Knowledge of Title XXII and OBRA preferred. Understanding of leading an activity is necessary.
