About the role

The Life Enrichment Assistant is responsible for enhancing the quality of life for residents in senior living communities through various activities and programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily activities that promote physical, mental, and social well-being of residents.
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure seamless execution of activities and programs.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for all residents.
• Document activities and progress in resident activity logs.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with seniors or in a caregiving capacity preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background check required.
