About the Role
Join our activities programming department as a Life Enrichment Assistant (Activities Assistant) and help enrich the lives of our residents daily. This role is available part-time and per diem at our exquisite Memory Care Assisted Living Community, Bridges by EPOCH at Norwalk.

Responsibilities
- Implement a wide array of programming for residents and help keep them engaged
- Provide flexible support in other departments as needed
- Complete required paperwork
- Support the Navigation Club Director in offering engaging life enrichment programs for residents with mild memory loss
- Transport or escort residents on community trips
- Support the Navigation Director for navigation programming
Qualifications
- Creative, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality
- Able to work independently
- Dependable, reliable, and highly motivated
- Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and leadership abilities
- Some computer knowledge and strong customer service skills
- Experience working with families in a customer-based senior living environment (preferred)
- Experience in senior living (preferred)
- Music, theatre, or exercise instruction skills (a plus)
- Willingness to operate a large van (a plus)
