Life Enrichment Assistant

About the role

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and energetic Life Enrichment Assistant to help create engaging programs and meaningful daily experiences for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Aid in planning and leading group activities, events, and outings
• Support resident participation and encourage engagement
• Prepare activity spaces and materials
• Document participation and assist with reporting as needed
• Build positive relationships with residents and families
• Persist in working with other departments to support community-wide events
• Maintain a safe and welcoming activity environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in senior living, recreation, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• A positive, energetic, and compassionate demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead small group activities with confidence
• Organized and dependable with strong follow-through
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
