About the role
The Brickmont at Roswell, a Claiborne Senior Living managed community, is seeking a compassionate and energetic Life Enrichment Assistant to help create engaging programs and meaningful daily experiences for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Aid in planning and leading group activities, events, and outings
- Support resident participation and encourage engagement
- Prepare activity spaces and materials
- Document participation and assist with reporting as needed
- Build positive relationships with residents and families
- Prioritize community-wide events by partnering with other departments
- Maintain a safe and welcoming activity environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in senior living, recreation, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- A positive, energetic, and compassionate demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead small group activities with confidence
- An organized and dependable approach with strong follow-through
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
