Responsibilities

• Implements a wide array of programming for residents in our community and helps keep our residents engaged
• Must be flexible with offering support in other departments within the community as needed
• Completes required paperwork

Qualifications

• A creative, enthusiastic and outgoing person who is able to work independently
• Dependable, reliable and highly motivated
• Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and leadership abilities
• Some computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills
• Experience working and interacting with families in a customer based Senior Living environment
• Experience working in Senior Living preferred
• Willingness to transport/escort residents on community trips
