About the role

Delivering Solutions That Matter

• Assist with providing engaging recreational and therapeutic activities that support residents’ individual needs and care goals.
• Document participation and progress accurately.
• Assist with coordinating and supervising group activities, special events, concerts, and other activities, ensuring residents are safely escorted and actively engaged.
• Safely transport residents to recreational outings and appointments by driving community vans and assisting with resident transfers as needed.

Qualifications

• Current, active MA CNA certification
• Position requires upbeat, high energy and the ability to engage residents in activities
• Minimum 1-year experience working in a Memory Care, Assisted Living or Long-Term care setting preferred
• Moderate to advanced computer skills – specifically with MS Office including Word, Publisher, Outlook email, and Excel
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written

Pay

$19.00 – $21.00/hour, based on experience

Schedule

Full-time | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | rotating weekends and holidays

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
