The primary purpose of this position is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional, and spiritual programs in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, as directed by your supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional, and spiritual programs
- Implement programs according to resident assessments and care plans
- Evaluate program effectiveness and outcomes
- Follow direction from supervisor regarding program delivery
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school program, or
- High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule
- Part-time position
- Shifts: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM, 3 days per week
- Occasional later hours based on activity schedule
Pay
- $15.00 per hour
- Flexible pay options: On-Demand Pay (paid as soon as tomorrow for work done today) or Weekly Pay schedule
