Life Enrichment/Activities Assistant Position Summary

Our Life Enrichment team is vital to ensuring the optimal well-being for our residents. As a Life Enrichment/Activities Assistant, you are responsible for the organization of the life-enriching programming for the Health Pavilion residents, in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Support. Life Enrichment team members assist in organization and supervision of all on-campus and off-campus activities planned in the Health Pavilion, and ensure these events are performed within established policies and procedures, ensuring the safety of each resident.

Job Qualifications And Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must have a minimum of one year working in a healthcare-associated field, preferably long-term care.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively to staff, residents, families, and community members.
  • Must be empathetic, energetic and have an affinity for working with a diverse senior population.
