About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LICSW) to provide services via our Televero Telehealth platform. The ideal candidate should have experience working with children, adolescents, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, substance abuse, or personality disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide services via the Televero Telehealth platform, both live and offline
  • Maintain a high quality of care consistent with the practice’s goals
  • Assist with developing our behavioral health practice to include protocol development, training, and engaging in clinical behavioral health discussions with prospective clients
  • Take notes and assign billing codes within the EMR, including no-shows
  • Closeout documentation within twenty-four hours of the patient encounter
  • Review and interpret any patient assessments that we use in the practice
  • Attend monthly peer, supervisory, and educational meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related field
  • Completion of CSWE-accredited Master of Social Work or Counseling program
  • Active LMHC or LICSW License in Washington
  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Two or more years of Telehealth experience

  • A passion for learning, growing, and making a meaningful impact in a dynamic organization

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of telehealth platforms and EMR systems
  • Strong organizational and note-taking skills
