LICSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker - PRN

Responsibilities

• Provides counseling and psychosocial support in home and community settings
• Helps clients navigate real-life transitions such as returning to work, returning to driving, and increased community participation
• Supports emotional, cognitive, and behavioral adjustment following injury or illness
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team including OTs, PTs, and SLPs

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW)
• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensure in the state of practice
• Minimum of one year experience in a rehabilitation setting serving individuals who have experienced a traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, or acute diagnosis
• CPR certification required
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Physical requirements include pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently
