Licensing Temporary Associate

About the role

This position is responsible for Spirit merchandise samples in the Home Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and maintain all incoming and outgoing samples
• Maintain and manage oversight of the Licensing Sample Room
• Monitor inventory of merchandise and track domestic and international samples
• Check in all samples and communicate with the buying team upon arrival
• Collect and maintain all SKU dimensions, specifications, and size charts
• Organize active samples within cages and remove non-active items
• Coordinate the transfer and return of samples between multiple departments
• Process store mail outs as necessary
• Perform standard and ad-hoc sample analysis and categorization
• Work within current and future sample room technologies with the ability to provide insight on best practices and procedures for optimizing the tools

Requirements

• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Collaborative team player
• Able to travel locally
• Able to lift a 50lb box

Pay

$18.00 per hour
