Licensing Manager

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Evaluate new licensing opportunities based on strategic and financial objectives, and coordinate contract execution with Legal and Finance
• Manage product approvals from concept through production, ensuring licensed merchandise meets League brand standards
• Maintain licensing style guides, approved assets, and product development timelines
• Monitor royalty reporting and licensing revenue, and support annual budgeting and forecasting
• Monitor marketplace compliance and partner with Legal to protect League intellectual property

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in licensing, merchandising, retail, or consumer products
• Strong understanding of product development and retail channels
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Prioritize multiple projects and partners simultaneously
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with sports or entertainment properties

Pay

The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $77,000 annually.

Schedule

This position may be based in either the United States or Canada.
