Job Responsibilities

  • Research and maintain professional licensing requirements in multiple states throughout the country
  • Research and maintain Secretary of State filings for multiple entities in multiple states
  • Ensure all filings and fees are current
  • Maintain and track additional logs and business information
  • Monthly reporting on status of licenses, SOS filings, etc.
  • Cursory review of legal contracts
  • Preparation of AIA contracts
  • Recording of documents with Clerk of Court offices

Requirements

  • Strong work ethics, highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to interact professionally with team members, vendors, and clients
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
  • High standard of quality and accuracy
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • PREFERRED: paralegal experience, 5+ years of administrative experience, basic knowledge of contracts, Notary Public

Employer conducts Screenings. Must be able to meet company's employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company
