Licensing and Approvals Manager

This role involves managing licensing workflows, contract tracking, and building strong relationships with licensors to support key projects. Responsibilities

• Manage licensing workflows, renewals, and key contract obligations
• Translate contracts into clear actions, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate product and creative approvals across internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate licensing records and workflows in Monday.com
• Support licensor relationships, sales materials, reporting, and day-to-day licensing activity

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in entertainment, consumer products, or related licensing
• Hands-on experience managing approvals, contracts, and licensing requirements
• Experience with licensor approval platforms, such as StarLabs or similar systems
• Strong project management and workflow skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail and a highly organized approach
