About the role
Central Coast Home Health is a fast-growing organization with a strong reputation in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are currently expanding and are looking for full-time Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team in various areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Document patient care in a timely and accurate manner using AI-driven tools
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements
- Current California LVN license
- Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing (LVN &/or RN) work experience
- Reliable vehicle for work
- Current Driver's License and clean driving record
- Valid auto insurance coverage
- CPR Certification
- Home Health experience is a plus

Pay
The regular work schedule is Monday-Friday (generally 8 to 5PM) with 1 weekend every 4 weeks rotation. Compensation for routine visits ranges from $35.00-$45.00 per visit. Each LVN has an hourly rate of pay for additional work hours, which ranges from $31.00-$35.00 per hour. Actual pay rates vary depending on factors including type of experience, location, and years of experience.
Schedule
The regular work schedule is Monday-Friday (generally 8 to 5PM) with 1 weekend every 4 weeks rotation.
