Licensed Vocational Nurse - Med/Surg

Role Overview

Provide nursing care within a Medical Surgical Telemetry Pediatrics department, caring for a diverse patient population with conditions such as CHF, pneumonia, asthma, and other pediatric and adult ailments. The role involves delivering primary nursing care under supervision, assisting in data collection to assess patient needs, and collaborating with healthcare team members for comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary nursing care to assigned patients under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist in collecting patient data to identify nursing needs.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited vocational nursing program.
• Current Texas LVN license and CPR certification (American Heart Association).
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Schedule

Work hours are from 7AM to 7PM, with a full-time schedule.
