Licensed Vocational Nurse - Med/Surg

About the role

Provide nursing care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry Pediatrics unit with a diverse patient population, including conditions such as CHF, pneumonia, asthma, and postoperative cases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care under the supervision of a licensed professional
• Collect patient data to assess nursing needs
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited vocational nursing program
• Current Texas LVN license
• CPR certification (American Heart Association)
