Join our team as a day shift, full-time Outpatient Vascular Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Tyler, TX. UT Health Tyler is the flagship hospital of the system, serving hundreds of thousands annually. Specializing in advanced acute care medicine, our midtown location features a Level 1 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, the region’s only ECMO program, and a Level III NICU. Responsibilities
As an LVN/LPN at UT Health East Texas, you will be a competent clinician experienced, knowledgeable, and skilled in vascular nursing. You will provide technical and human assistance under the direction of licensed personnel to care for a defined group of patients, ensuring quality patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Texas Licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
- Healthcare experience
