Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with an assigned patients
- Full-time 40 hour day or night shifts are available
- Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health nursing services
- Communicate with RN Case Manager and physician, as appropriate, on a regular basis regarding changes in the patient's condition and/or needs.
- Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited practical (vocational) nursing program
- Licensed as an LVN by the California Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric Technician Examiners
