We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our evening shift team. As an LVN at Avir at Corpus Christi, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and emergency nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and maintaining accurate records
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Conduct patient assessments, identify care needs, and develop solutions in partnership with colleagues
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the State of Texas
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher in Nursing preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

Schedule

Evening shift: 3pm - 11pm (rotating weekends and holidays may be required).
