Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Double Weekends

About the role

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our family. The primary purpose of the position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities of the assigned unit. New graduates and walk‑ins are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise day‑to‑day nursing activities on the assigned unit.
• Ensure compliance with nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and long‑term care guidelines.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• I.V. Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and relevant regulations for long‑term care.
