Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care to patients requiring care
• Collects patient data
• Makes observations and reports pertinent information
• Directs and supervises care given by other nursing staff members as needed

Requirements

• Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing with the state
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation required

Qualifications

• Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment
