Licensed Vocational Nurse | LVN
About the role
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) assesses, plans, organizes, develops, implements, and evaluates all activities related to nursing standards of care, professional development, operational function, and communication throughout the facility. These activities will be performed in compliance with Crestwood Behavioral Health Center's mission, philosophy, and policies. The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) actively participates in and adheres to all organizational and departmental goals and objectives. The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is responsible for the client care delivered on the clinical unit and reports to the Director of Nursing Services.
Job Duties
- Assesses, plans, organizes, develops, implements, and evaluates all activities related to nursing standards of care, professional development, operational function, and communication throughout the facility.
- Works cooperatively with other staff members.
- Adheres to all organizational and departmental goals and objectives.
- Reports to the Director of Nursing Services regarding client care on the clinical unit.
Qualifications
- Current licensure in California as an LVN.
- Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
- Ability to supervise.
- Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.
- Current CPR and first aid certifications.

About the campus
The Crestwood Manor Skilled Nursing facility strives to create a homelike environment for residents. We have a variety of pets that live in our facility, including cats, dogs and birds, and plant life is abundant throughout. Pay
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. Pay Range: $33 USD - $36.30 USD
