Licensed Vocational Nurse - LVN

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide home health assessments and visits, conducting medical histories, administering vaccines and medications, and monitoring patient progress. The role requires driving to patient homes, performing diagnostic tests, venipuncture, and documenting all interventions accurately. The LVN will troubleshoot test systems, recognize urgent medical situations, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, coding medical exams, and ensuring compliance with protocols and HIPAA regulations. Qualifications include an active LVN license, blood withdrawal certification, at least 6 months of LVN experience, BLS certification, and a valid California driver’s license. Strong communication skills, ability to lift 50-60 lbs, and comfort with independent home visits are essential. Bilingual skills and bedside experience are preferred.
