About the role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Avir at Jacksboro in Jacksboro, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Administer medications and perform vital signs as ordered by physicians
- Provide basic nursing care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
- Current LVN license in the state of Texas
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an LVN
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
