About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. Ideal candidates thrive in an environment where they can provide comfort, dignity, and exceptional care to those who need it most.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Assist with basic patient needs such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Administer medications as ordered by a physician.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Valid Texas Nurse License.
- Valid CPR Certification.
- I.V. Certification preferred.
- Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
